BAFANA BAFANA BEING COACHED BY 16 COACHES

Coaches get fired because they are not equipped to coach these young men to play soccer. In my opinion these coaches have the ability to coach these players enabling them to win the soccer world cup in 2010. What is happening is that theses poor coaches spend all their time getting their players ready in the end they all just wasted their time.

In recent news it has been said that the South African football association will or is expected to mention a new coach by Friday and the team once again says goodbye to Joel Santana. This is quite tragic news for the team as well as for South Africa I would think. In less than a year this team Bafana Bafana is suppose to perform at their best at the soccer world cup where they will play against the best of the best. To fire a coach at this crucial time is rather a very hash decision. Not only does this affect the players but it affects the entire South Africa.

South Africa football association claims that the coaches are doing the best or they are not good enough to turn the ‘rookies’ into ‘stars’. Maybe it is time that the football association realizes that the players are the problem not the coaches. I think Carlos Alberto Parreira was in the first place a good coach why they had let him go was ridiculous. He coached the winning team for many years.

It is madness firing each coach when Bafana Bafana does not perform they way we want them to. 16 coaches since the start of this team is crazy shouldn’t the football association look into that maybe that’s why they not performing. They need a stable coach one to stay with them for quite sometime, one that knows them personally not just the position they play. The problem with these players not performing is psychological they need some stability.
